Builders Discount Warehouse are just fantastic! We had Monique as our consultant and nothing was too much trouble for her. We had a very slight issue with our bench top and she sorted the issue seamlessly and had a new bench top installed on the next working day. Wow we couldn't have asked for a more positive and professional team as Rob and Matt. They assembled our kitchen island bench, carefully measuring and fitting each piece in place. At times they had to adjust and cut the standard items supplied to fit the slight fall in our post war home's floor to ensure everything was perfectly level. They even went beyond what they were asked to do. Rob noticed we had a chip in our existing two pack kitchen cupboard so he went to his truck to retrieve some laminate paint to fix it. He also adjusted the hinges to ensure all the doors were straight as well. They also installed our laundry bench top and it too looks amazing. I couldn't have asked for better service!!! Well worth the assembly fee.

I purchased my kitchen and had it installed through Builders Discount Warehouse and can honestly say I absolutely love it. The process started with Sarah in the kitchen section. Sarah was so friendly and willing to assist me with the design of my kitchen. She was very patient and communicated well as I did change my design several times. Prior to installation I received a text from Rob advising me of the time they would be on site. He and Matt were just amazing. They clearly take pride in their work and nothing was too much trouble. Rob kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to make my kitchen work in a small space. I have no hesitation in recommending a kitchen from Builders Discount Warehouse.
